Privacy notes for a browser-based art tool.

By Jonathan R Reed. Updated .

Algorithmic Art Gallery is designed as a public creative tool. Generator settings such as seed, curve, color ordering, symmetry, and export choices are used to render artwork in the browser. The project does not require a visitor account, login, payment details, or private profile to create an image.

Treat generated artwork like any file you choose to download or share. Exports may contain visible details from the composition and any naming choices you apply outside the app.

The generator is meant to work without a user account. Most creative state belongs to the browser session, the local device, or files you decide to export. If you share a generated image elsewhere, that platform may apply its own metadata, storage, and privacy practices.

Artwork settings

Saved pieces and exported files are part of the user-facing creative workflow. Avoid entering confidential project names or private client details into artwork labels, filenames, or gallery notes unless you are comfortable storing or sharing them.

Site operation

Normal hosting requests and browser behavior may be used to serve the site, load assets, and support basic operation. External portfolio and project links lead to separate sites with their own privacy practices.

Browser storage

If the browser saves preferences or gallery state, those values are meant to support the local creative workflow. Clear site data in your browser if you want to reset saved settings.

Do not enter private client names, confidential project titles, or sensitive identifiers into artwork labels or filenames unless you are comfortable keeping those details on your device or in exported files.
